The Brasserie Delahaye, located on boulevard Victor Hugo in Lille, is a former flagship of the Lille brewing industry. Built between 1865 and 1871, it was part of the district's industrial boom at a time when Lille had many urban breweries. At the beginning of the XXᵉ century, it took the name Grande Brasserie des Flandres after its takeover by Émile Delahaye and Henri Degruson, then became commonly known as Brasserie Delahaye.
The brewery produced several locally distributed beers, including Blonde des Flandres and Lion's Stout, demonstrating a varied and ambitious production for the time.
Like many independent establishments, it was affected by the concentration of the brewing sector after the Second World War. In 1954, it was taken over by Grande Brasserie de Lille Excelsior, marking the end of its activity under its historic name.
The brick building, which still stands today, has been rehabilitated under the name of La Malterie, and today hosts cultural and artistic activities.
